Course Description
The course is a comprehensive overview of laws and regulations governing financial institutions, including examination and auditing procedures for commercial banks, trusts, finance companies, insurance companies and pawn shops. The course also includes the formalities and requirements governing the establishment of such institutions as well as ethical standards and rulesgoverning their operations and control.
